PROFESSIONALLY, HE HAS SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED MULTIPLE ASSIGNMENTS IN CANADA, MEXICO AND IN EUROPE. HE DEVELOPED A PASSION FOR MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS, WHICH HE FOUND TO BE NOT ONLY COMPLIMENTARY BUT NECESSARY FOR COMMUNICATING DESIGN INTENT AND GETTING THROUGH THE DIFFERENT LAYERS OF APPROVAL TO GET A PROJECT AND PRODUCT GO FORWARD. BIO
Not all paths are created equal!
Because of life circumstances, Vieran had to go thru significant moves on different continents from on early age. While moving around frequently, he developed a passion for the creative process; of how things were made. This grew into a love for design which eventually lead him to pursue his studies in Architecture.
But then everything changed..
He took an elective course during his bachelor's degree on environmental design. The course's objective was to study human behaviour and to study how people subconsciously reacted to the subtleties in Urban design and Architecture. How objects were placed; their height, materials, positioning in space, density, colour and context to name a few, all had a direct impact. Everything was affected; People's behaviour, the way they interacted or even used objects and services . He understood the purpose and responsibility that design carries on different scales. But not only that. It was that design requires a holistic way of thinking. Design on it's own is not enough. It's about research but also intent, communicating that intent, that message, and whether it translates to what the end user really wants or needs.

FOR OVER 4 YEARS, VJERAN MANAGED PROCAD CONSULTANTS' CONSULTING SERVICES DIVISIONS. HE HELPED DOZENS OF CLIENTS SUCCESSFULLY IMPLEMENT OF BIM SOFTWARE, WHICH IS REVOLUTIONIZING THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY. HE HAD TO WORK HAND IN HAND WITH ARCHITECTS, INDUSTRIAL AND INTERIOR DESIGNERS AND ENGINEERS INTEGRATE A COMPLEX PROCESS THAT AFFECTED MULTIPLE FACETS OF THEIR BUSINESS.

VIERAN'S PROFESSIONAL CAREER BEGAN DURING HIS STUDIES IN ARCHITECTURE, IN CANADA AND MEXICO. HE WAS FORTUNATE TO TRAIN WITH TWO OF MONTREAL'S MORE REPUTABLE FIRMS. ELECTING TO WORK FOR SMALL TO MEDIUM SIZE FIRMS, VIERAN WAS EXPOSED TO ALL THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS. THESE WERE RELATIVELY FAST TRACKED AND HE HAD TO MANAGE MULTIPLE PROJECTS SIMULTANEOUSLY. THIS DEMANDING CHOICE WOULD PROVE TO BE BENEFICIAL LATER ON WHEN HE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED TWO LARGE CONSULTING COMMISSIONS IN CROATIA WHILE WORKING ON HIS OWN.
